Ok For First Time in Ames

Another odd bathroom design with a door that slides closed instead of shuts. Gap on either side of the door provides no privacy while in bathroom. Elevators creak and whistle while moving and do not give confidence.

Checked in on a Sunday around 5:00, process was a little slow…not a big deal as the front desk gal was nice. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed. Room was super clean and overall I am happy with our decision to stay here.

Very clean hotel! My son was at Iowa State for a hockey camp and this was practically next door. Would absolutely come back. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious!
