Hotel is in a perfect canal side location convenient to the Nine Streets shopping area. The common areas are spacious and welcoming. The restaurant was a lovely space by the interior courtyard garden and the breakfasts were fantastic. The rooms are large enough (by European standards) with a very eclectic layout and decor. If you like design, you will really like the aesthetic of the hotel. And the staff was exceptionally helpful and cheerful. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful stay. Great location and a beautiful hotel. They could have done a better job cleaning the suite on our second day. Had to call down for a clean after 3pm as it hadn’t been done while we were out and a service tag had been left on the door. The cleaner rushed the late clean and left a dirty rag on the sink counter. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent.
