This property was very convenient in terms of transportation back and forth from the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. What I did not like about it is that the room was too small. Also, we booked a room with a king size bed, but it was just 2 single beds put together with a king size mattress pad or something. It was not a king bed or a king mattress. very disappointing. Overall, it was a fair return for our money.

Poor service and dirty room

I have stayed at this hotel previously which is why I rebooked it however, with my recent stay, it was noisy, had multiple families with kids yelling. My room had a bunch of spider webs hanging from ceiling , my bed was covered in a red stain, I had no towels in the bathroom. I was VERY disappointed this time around and will not stay here anymore as no accomodation was provided.

Although my stay was very pleasant and the staff were great, the corridor and lifts are very dated and an old musty smell throughout. Free Shuttles too & from the airport every half the hour.

We were on a long layover and needed a rest. This was a very dark property even in daylight hours. They offered a free shuttle from the airport which was handy for our use. Hard to find much in the way of restaurants even though they had one there. I don’t think I’d stay here again.

It was just a 1 night stay to get quickly to the airport the next morning. They had some kind of problem with the big shuttle bus but quickly arranged 2 smaller buses so everyone could get to Schiphol on time for their flights. Chapeau.
