The room was very small and expensive. The bathroom was even smaller and it felt like you are stepping into a camper bathroom. It was smelling very bad in the bathroom, we closed the toilet lid, but it was still smelling to the point I almost vomited. We had to keep the bathroom door closed so it would not smell in the bedroom.

Room was dirty and smelly on arrival. The fire alarm was obstructed with tissue by the previous guiro v Staff were indifferèńt. The carpet was not clean, walls and surfaces smelt foul. The room was too narrow for the additional sofa bed, which was also totally uncomfortable. The two singles were great as they had an additional topper. Prior to booking a message was left that a Disabled accessible room was required however this was not an option due to rooms being fully booked. The Sofa bed had zones that were too soft and zones that were too hard and zones where metal bars protruded. Staff also .acknowledged it as a known issue however an alternative was not available due to the howl being full. There is an ice dispenser with is great but no clean water fountain which is disappointing as sustainability’s a supposed feature of the hotel. Charging €6 for one bottle is extortion. Staff suggested to drink water from the en-suite taps (yuk). Both irons were not working in the communal area. Buyer beware. This is a low budget hotel dressed up nori k

Convenient location

My family stayed at the hotel on our last day of vacation. The location is convenient to the airport and provides a great shuttle service to and from the airport. There are several eating places in the hotel which is good since there is nothing in walking distance to the location. It is busy with a lot of tour groups. The sleeping for the third person in our room was not very comfortable and squeaked a lot but luckily only there for 1 night.

Good stay, included airport shuttle

Convenient to Shiphol Airport with good bus tranportation to / from AMS. There's a McDonalds about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The bus station is about 8 minute walk and the hotel staff is very helpful answering questions about the bus, helped me choose between 2 routes, etc. Very quiet room -I slept until very late afternoon after a long flight and I heard nothing that woke me up. Food and snacks are very expensive. Room is very small but had an efficient layout.

check in staff were helpful. The room was clean with crisp sheets and covers. Food and drink was expensive. The hotel has very long hallways and is visually quite dull inside. OK for an overnight stay at the airport, with good shuttle service, but a very boring stay and a bit uncomfortable.
