The breakfast was ok, but we were challenged upon arrival at breakfast time - that we'd only paid for one person, when I had my hotels-dot-com invoice showing otherwise/
Went to the counter later to get this put right but was met with a man with some attitude. He said it was a hotels-dot-com thing not being booked correctly, and he could not fix it. He suggested I show my invoice if challenged at breakfast.
The next day we were challenged again. This time I wrote to Ibis to complain. It was ultimately resolved, but they don't truly seem sorry. They didn't grasp that it should have simply been fixed immediately. I was assured I didn't do anything wrong - which, um, I already knew. I should not have had to push for this. It put a sour note on our visit.
