we stayed in this hotel for 3 days. this location of this hotel is good, walking distance to nearby within 5-20mins, enjoying the center of amsterdam with the building and canal. the facility in room is old, and not enough cleaning after the 1st night, not filling out tea bags and coffee.

Bar and restaurant offered excellent facilities. The pool needed attention as there was a broken jet pouring cold water into the pool. Sauna and changing room facilities were clean with free lockers and plenty of towels. Hotel facilities and staff were excellent overall. Conveniently located opposite the train station and near to all the sites and shopping centre.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel right in the heart of Amsterdam. The location couldn’t be better — everything is just a short walk away, from charming canals and shops to great restaurants and major attractions. The hotel itself was spotless. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with directions or recommendations. Their warm hospitality really made me feel at home.
