We can only express our profound disappointment and dissatisfaction.
The room has a low ceiling, and when the restaurant provides entertainment with a DJ, it significantly disrupts guests, making it impossible for them to sleep.
Upon checkout, the reception staff asked if I wished to review the bill. I confirmed I did. However, they still processed the charge on my card, even though there was a problem with the "Porter" restaurant bill. There was an overcharge of €100 on the bill.
The waiter was completely self-absorbed and paid no attention to his clients. The steak, which I requested blue rare, was served medium. This was deplorable.
I brought up the unresolved issue again when collecting my luggage. I was assured that the matter would be resolved, but in fact, nothing has happened. No follow-up whatsoever.
This is unacceptable for a hotel of this category."
