Great restaurants, we even came back to Amsterdam for our Christmas dinner at The Duchess (in a private function room), which worked perfectly. Would recommend. However, wasn’t thrilled with the room I was given: the hotel was overbooked and I ended up in a separate room tucked away behind a staircase, which felt a bit spooky and oddly “Trump-style”. Aside from that, it’s a nice place

The room was perfect, amazing views and amenities. The spa was a really lovely treat and the staff are wonderful and accomodating. The location is great, I would recommend this stay to anyone wanting some time away in Amsterdam.

The Hotel and public areas were extremely clean as was my room. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I booked a cosy room which was far from small having read a review to the contrary. I loved my room. I would stay there again.

We ordered food at the bar, a hour later the waiter came back saying they forgot it. The room was a broom closet, across from the hotel. There was a terrible smell of eggs in the room. There was also 10 giant fans on the roof outside the room making noise all night. Worst W hotel I have stayed in.
