Check-in was easy and the staff person was friendly and helpful. That evening we had to kill 11 crickets in our bathroom before we could use that area. A staff member entered our room while my husband was napping- he apologized , but there was no lock on the door to prevent that. The next day our smoke alarm went off for no reason. Walls are very thin and we could hear furniture being moved around both above us and next to us. Parking was free, but did not make up far all the problems.

Room was great until we came back after a day out and there was a giant cockroach in the middle of the room. Service and staff were very friendly, room itself was spacious but cleanliness needs to be better.

Loved how this hotel is a walking distance from Disneyland and many places to eat. I liked the 15% off they provide to go eat at Denny’s. The bed was comfy and I loved how the internet was super fast. The only cons I had were that you can hear the room next door and also the noise from Katella but that was probably because I got a room that was next to Katella. I would definitely stay here again if I am planning to go to Disneyland.

LOVED the room. it was two rooms in one but the second room had a door and it’s own tv. We will definitely stay there again. There is a ART bus stop not too far either or you can walk through downtown disney and take the monorail. No breakfast but there is coffee in the lobby

Two staff we dealt with were awesome. Great to be able to park the car there in the morning to go to Disney. Room was spotless. Air conditioner kept the room nice and cool for sleeping. Great location to Disney. Nice to get 15% off at Denny’s.

Room was fine, it was small and compact but adequate for the price. We did have a small issue that they were very tight with the toiletries - they had left just 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner for 2 adults for 5 nights and it was never replaced. When we went to reception to ask for a new shampoo and a soap, the man was really not keen to give it to us! They also never replenished the toilet roll throughout our stay which wasn’t ideal! The hotel looks very dated and dingy from the outside, but the room was fine and it felt safe enough. It is close to the parks but it’s still quite a walk to get there because of the way you have to go. So the location isn’t quite as good as it first appears. Overall, for the price I think it was fine, nothing terrible but nothing outstanding either.

Room 118 air fan ran all the time without heat or cool so unplugged it. Tm 117 tub faucet needs replacing and only got lukewarm water no matter what we did. Other than that was perfect to fit our needs.

The room was great and clean, updated too. The kids had their own room with their own tv which was a plus. Staff was friendly. Plus a 10 min walk to the parks through Disneyland dr. Our stay was super affordable being that it was the beginning of the Disney Christmas season.
