From my experience it’s 5 stars. The room was clean, the beds were clean, the AC blew cold, and the TV worked. What more do you want. Front desk staff was professional. And around the area, plenty of places to eat. There are also homeless people walking around but they don’t bother no one or go into the property

There was a strong moldy smell when we got to the third floor — kind of old, dusty, and musty. The carpet in our room had visible bleach and dirt stains. We arrived around 2:30 a.m., and unfortunately, the bed sheets also had stains. I was too exhausted to call and change rooms, so I used my own flat sheet that I always bring when I travel. Oddly, the window in the room was left open when we arrived. The next day we spent the whole day at Disneyland and returned around midnight. There was an event going on in the hotel’s attached hall, and guests leaving the party were being very loud and obnoxious, even throwing up in the parking lot. It took us about 10 minutes just to get from the front entrance to the back parking area because of the chaos. In conclusion, the location is convenient and the price is affordable. However, expect an outdated hotel with strange odors and visible stains throughout the room. On a positive note, the customer service was great.

Staff said system was down. I called at check in time to let them know I would be getting there for late check in they told me my room was ready and late check in was fine. They double booked multiple people. At first they gave me keys to room that was already taken it had other guest property in it I recorded a video as proof. When I told front desk they acted like it was not a big deal. there were 4 other guest they did this too. Ended up having to find another place to stay at 1am after waiting around see if they would fix or offer anything for the inconvenience. They offered no resolution. At first they wrote down my credit card info to process it next day even tho I had already paid. When I asked for it back before I left they gave me another’s guest card information. I had to go back and get the correct information.
