Staff was very friendly. Room was clean every day which was nice coming to a clean room after a long day at Disneyland. Water park was one of the highlights of our trip.

Overall a good stay, family of 7 in the family suite. Had enough beds, loved the 2 showers however it is lacking a dresser to unpack. We felt like we had suitcases and piles of clothes everywhere. The waterpark was a big hit with the kids, however they are strict with not letting outside food in.

Everyone was super nice,check in was so easy ,they stored our luggage because our room wasn’t quite ready 😊 the lounge was really nice to visit . My only complaint would be the girl standing outside the buffet was cranky.
