The staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly. The rooms we've stayed have been great too; big, clean, comfortable for me. My husband has a bad back so he thinks the beds are too soft. The best is the walking distance to Disneyland. Literally across the street so less than 5 min.

Communication from staff was excellent! Very accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Refridgerator, microwave and coffee pot was convenient to have. Pack light as there is no elevator and no assistance carrying your luggage upstairs. Excellent short walk to Disneyland & California Adventure. Plenty of food options nearby. Would definitley stay here again!

We wanted a hotel close to Disney that could fit 7 people. This did the job-a little cramped but worked for a full day of dis eh and coming back late just to sleep! The rooms are slightly outdated but felt clean! The bunk beds are on the smaller side, perfect for younger kids. Overall this was a perfect place to stay for a larger family or group. Took about 11 minutes from Disney to the bed!!!

Great location. We didn't drive, and parking is at a premium. Uber had no problems finding the hotel. The air conditioner in our room could have used servicing and the decor is a bid outdated, but other then that, it served it's purpose. I would stay here again.

Staff was great all around! We don’t stay in the room much because we spend the majority of our day in the Disneyland Park but it was a great addition to have a bunk beds. Will definitely stay here again.
