Clean and spacious room. Breakfast was fresh and amazing. I had enough towels, tissue and warm blankets. The front desk was great. She was kind, welcoming and friendly. I want to give a special shout out to Trevor and John for checking in on me and making sure that I had all I needed and always made sure to let me know about the breakfast times. Since I checked in they both were welcoming and attentive. It was my first time staying here and I will definitely stay again as well as recommend it. Thank you Staff! Trevor and John !! You guys really made a difference in my experience and I appreciate you!

We forgot our telephone plug in the room. We called the front desk and she sent us to housekeeping. We left a message and were told they would get back to us in 3 days. We never heard back from them. We are now in Oregon and still no news. We never had this kind of experience with other Embassy Suites.

The check in was excellent. Breakfast had so many options and was fresh. The hot tub and pool was spacious, clean, and indoor so it is usable all year round. Our bed was so comfy and clean. It was so nice to be able to shut the bedroom door while my husband was watching tv in the living room. They also provide, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower. They are big bottles attached in the showers. This was great since i forgot to pack mine. The only thing is that is a ways away from disney and the shuttle to get there was hard to navigate. We ended up driving instead. Overall was amazing and we will stay there again

Everything was okay overall, but the hotel definitely needs a full renovation. The carpets in the hallways leading to the rooms were very dirty, and one of our bed sheets had a noticeable stain. Our room was also extremely cold, and when we asked for the heat to be turned up, we were told it only comes on at a certain time. To make things worse, our room had a view of a junkyard that operated 24 hours a day, and on our last night, the noise made it difficult to sleep. On our final day, we requested toilet paper, and it took over an hour to arrive. Even though it wasn’t checkout time yet, someone knocked on our door and opened it to check if we were still there. The cable service kept cutting in and out, making it difficult to watch TV, and sometimes it didn’t work at all. Not to mention the sink would backup. The only reason I didn’t leave early was because I hadn’t purchased the insurance to get a refund.

We did like the lobby and arcade. The manager reception was a nice touch. And breakfast was kept up with. However, the beds were so so so uncomfortable. 1990s spring beds that make your back feel like going out. Very little updates. Felt 15yrs behind. Armore had a fowl odor to the extent of me covering it to encase whatever is growing in there. Most likely mildew. Smelled like an entire bottle of vinegar was dumped. Ac has a drastic difference in quality depending on living room(cold) bedroom (hot).
