I stay here every year and usually love it. This trip I called to ask for more pillows never received, so called hours later which is fine and asked for 2 more. Then later after not receiving the manager called me asking why I needed more pillows? When checking in they ask if you want the room serviced I said yes please. Came back the next night and it wasn’t and I had no towels i had to leave my room at 7 after calling to request the room be serviced. It finally was that evening but then I noticed my tv remote was missing or I never had one, I called to have one delivered- never came. The front desk called my room early that morning starling me and asked if I ever received a remote ? I never did

Great place to stay when visiting Disneyland. We could see the park from our room. We walked to and from each day. Being close allowed us to take a mid day break from the park too. I always felt safe as I was traveling alone with my young child. The room was clean and cold AC. We could see the fireworks from our room.

Very clean! Disneyland is across the street! Friendly staff. I love how I could walk to the Disney parks. Reason why I gave it a 4 is because the water pressure in the shower was very light, felt like I still had soap on me. Also wish there was a bathroom fan. Just nit picking lol. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff is nice and trustworthy! Lefft jewelry and did not notice until driving all the way back home to Vegas when I called it the housekeepers turned it in!! I always fear of housekeepers keeping things to themselves. I am so thankful for the staff!
