The towels would be my only complaint, they left behind linen residue. The beds are very comfortable, you need to ask for toiletries (the even provided toothpaste) if you don’t have your own. The iron and hairdryer are available in the lobby at request.

We found roaches in our room we had to kill them the bathroom was dirty nasty a stinky the walls from the bathroom where nasty. The room smelled really weird floor had food crumbs. Bad bad

I would consider this a one-star motel. Two stars mean motel-style setup, no elevator, no/very few amenities, outdated but clean and intact interiors. This place had the first three, but had been renovated on a budget- so it looked ok from a distance, but the residential laminate flooring was warped and squishy around sink and shower. Room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Hard floors meant I could hear every step made by the guests on the floor above me.

Housekeeping does an excellent job as well as the reception staff. All though I feel they should designate rooms exclusively for family as the 2 rooms we stayed in with kids smelled like cigarettes pretty bad.

Almost everything from the room itself and the cleanliness and the broken flooring that made me fall on the ground in the middle of the night dirty towels dirty bathroom and bathtub with blood looking stained just disgusting. Was not informed we had to request housekeeping to have our room cleaned or get clean towels. Key did not work on room when we tried to get back in for second night. All kinds of transient people hanging around. People banging on the door in between the room. People trying to open our door in the middle of the night. People wiggling the door handle banging on the door at all hours.Will never use you or recommend this place ever again.

Room that they first gave us had a very strong smell of bleach. It was so bad our eyes would water. The floor tiles were loose & the room had mold. We req a different room there was alot of in the bath tub & around it. We were there for 3 nights & they did not service our room at all. Will never stay there again.
