Rooms were very clean . House keeping was great . Reception was great very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were lovely as well as the food . There was never a shortage of food . Maintenance was great to us when we dropped a ring down the sink they came up straight away to get it out for us . There were shops near buy you could walk to plenty of restaurants. The hotel had car parking and plenty of it but we didn’t have a car but there were barriers on the car park so cars were very safe . Nice safe area .

Fantastic stay for nearly a month. Room had view across to fireworks which was a bonus. Clean with so much space. Serviced as needed. Great kitchen amenities. Comfy beds. Spacious bathroom. Loved our stay and already planning on returning. Easily walkable to parks. Safe. Handy to shops especially CVS for drinks etc. Parking available and also short term spaces for visitors. Staff friendly with great breakfast options. Including fresh fruit. Consistent quality each day and we just supplemented when we slept in. Would highly recommend.

The property was in walking distance to the park, about a half mile. Very close to 24 hrs CVS and Walgreens. The main areas looked posh and were well kept. The daily included breakfast was great, well stocked with a large variety of options. I was impressed by the drink selection. There was also a water station available throughout the day. The pool area was nice. I would have preferred it stayed open later and that the fire pit would have been useable. I also wasn’t impressed with the fact that the cabana area ( which wasn’t really much different than the other seating) was $250 for 4 hours of usage. This area swayed my choice to choose this property. A relaxing spot at the end of a long day. It was somewhat of a let down. The room itself was spacious although showing wear. We had a Park view and it was pretty good. We could see the fireworks. The beds themselves were hard as rock. I’m a frequent traveller and these were some rough ones to sleep on. The pull out was also quite uncomfortable. Housekeeping is done every second day. We also didn’t have any issues with getting any extra linens when needed. Service was quite prompt.

We loved our stay here! The pool and splash pad are nice and warm, and my kids loved the hot tub! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Free breakfast has a nice selection of hot and cold foods. Disney is a 15 minute walk and there’s a laundry room on the premises. Perfect for families!

Great location with a CVS and Walgreens right downstairs. Onsite pool, hot tub, and spray park were both great for kids. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional - it had Mickey Mouse Waffles with all the toppings you’d like, eggs, bacon, sausages, and even biscuits with gravy! Highly recommend for travelers with kids or toddlers! Walk to Disneyland gates is about 10 minutes one way.
