Great location, newer property with excellent potential - needs some upkeep. Odd layout with two separate units - worked well for our group, but clearer description would be helpful.
The two units were lovely and very convenient, clean, and well stocked. The outside deck and views are beautiful. Just watch you step as there are lots of little stairs inside one of the units and the deck step is easy to miss.
Check in was smooth. The apartments were very clean and nicely appointed. The overall space was wonderful to stay in. Unfortunately, both hot tubs were very dirty. One was actually green and was flashing "change filter". We paid more and rented these units very specifically for the hot tubs. My mother is elderly and disabled and uses these to help her out. Very unfortunately, the service said they would send someone but never did. We were not able to use the tubs our entire stay which was very disappointing.

I was born in Alaska & lived there for 40 yrs so I know Anchorage quite well. This property did not fulfill my âluxury rentalâ expectations. For starters, the view is very much overgrown by the shrubs within the landscape, hardly a view. However, the MOST FRUSTRATING is the lack of Marketing transparency that this The B & C unit are a Basement to the A unit. The floors between the A unit and the B unit are PAPER THIN!!!!. Our Alaska vacation was overshadowed by DISRUPTIVE guest renters in the property above us. While the contract says there is zero tolerance for noise violations (which includes eviction upon notice), we were disturbed by rambunctious partying animals in the unit above us starting at 1:30am, apparently they closed the bars and continued the big party upstairs. (Itâs hard enough to sleep in Alaska in the summer w/o blackout shades!) We called the property manager after the 1st night. The management company only offered to let them know about the complaint. The 2nd night we called the Anchorage Police Department. We were extremely disappointed in how the management handled our grievances (for a luxury property, a 10% discount on a 3 sleepless night stay is a grave failure in customer service). The 2nd night of partying should never have even happened. We should have been able to sleep peacefully I guess their âzero tolerance policyâ is more a suggestion. WHAT A JOKE! Don't claim to be a luxury rental if you can't offer luxury services to your guests!
