The staff here were great! Super easy location to get to from the airport! The room was a little run down and had a few broken items! I was really surprised with the amount of homeless people around the hotel, walking in the parking lot, etc. I felt very uneasy for the night and around the area. I didn’t experience this at any other stay in Alaska. I know this isn’t something the inn can control, but I do think people wanting to stay here should know.

I landed at 12:45am, after a long flight. It took 5 calls for them to answer the phone, though their listing said desk manned 24/7. No elevator! Only a janitor to help me (I’m senior with cane) get up the stairs and down long halls to my room. Room was clean and had a working heater, but old “thrift store” like furniture. Bathroom was new and clean. Bed felt fine though one of the pillowcases was dusty/dirty? Staff was helpful but the place badly needs an update. No problems with shuttle service. I avoided the restaurant. Front view photo is misleading, might be from a different hotel.
