The airport shuttle staff was very helpful and polite. The room was very comfortable and clean and surprisingly quiet given I was on the 1st floor. I appreciated having hot options for breakfast.

Anchorage was almost impossible to walk from point A to point B. The hotel offered free parking place that unlike other hotels in other cities, which charged parking $40 and up per nice (not to mention the hardly used ‘facility fee’).

Staff was very efficient and friendly. Remembered my name after only a brief meeting at check in. Room was clean and fresh smelling. Best equipped ADA room I've ever been in. Heat was very controllable which made the room comfortable. Didn't have the opportunity to use the amenities but they looked very adequate.

I booked this place specifically for the hot tub and pool. We got there and found the "Pool Closed" sign. I asked if it was temporary and she said no. I spoke with another gueat who said it had been closed for days. The breakfast was ok. I wouldnt stay there again.

Pool was closed. Older hotel, but clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was no better or worse than most other hotels that offer free breakfasts. Bearpaw Restaurant across the street was good. Appetizers there were meal size! Starbucks across the street also. Free shuttle.

The room was dirty, we love this hotel usually so it wont affect me staying again, but was sticky reside on the dresser drawer handles, carpet seemed dirty, fridge didnt get very cool and also was dirty,.. i was hoping for a better shower pressure too, and everything was empty except some conditioner… i do appreciate the front desk workers tho, very kind and helpful.
