I had booked a reservation a few minutes shy of midnight and as I was calling to just assure them I was going to arrive a gentleman answered the phone and said there was no one at the desk everyone went to sleep for the night and there was nothing he could do to get me checked in. I then went to my third party booking site requested a refund and they stated they cannot do a refund as I was a no-show and after I spoke with the motel itself they stated that they have no control over the people who answered the phones if it was a guest or not regardless I was not going to get my refund. The absolute unreasonable way they handle this especially for the position I was in I definitely do not recommend.

So the young lady at the desk when I checked in was pretty rude. I arrived at the motel at 9:15pm and the main entrance was locked and nobody was behind the checkout desk. After knocking loudly for a few minutes, a female in her late 20’s appeared with a very irritated look on her face like I had arrived late and was interrupting her soap opera

The front desk lady is super sketchy. Missing my phone I told her and she comes back to my room with my phone and vape I never mentioned after telling me to hurry and go back to my room. Pretty sure she stole my door dash as well. I didn’t even stay the night there.
