Very disappointing hotel stay. Many issues, from checking in a second time, to housekeeping never cleaned the room, Second room had exhaust odors from ventilation system entering room and breakfast was a brown paper bag!!! There were several additional problems which I care not to mention. I will never stay in another Ramada Inn, Hotel etc..

Front desk took a long time to answer the phone on multiple occasions. Was ringing for 12 minutes on one incident. Airport shuttle wasn’t running despite calling earlier in the day and confirming they could pick us up. Front desk staff wasn’t there when we arrived and we waited 15 minutes. However, they were personable and let us check in early and upgraded our room which was a spacious one. Phone in the room next door was ringing for hours during the night but one was staying there. Breakfast was snacks in a bag. It’s a cheaper option as surrounding hotels are twice the price and if you have appropriate expectations, it should be ok.

The room was clean and comfortable. The check in was kind of weird you needed a key card to get into the office hadn’t checked in yet so I did not have a key card. Not sure what to do at that point. Thank goodness, the driver of the van showed up at the perfect time and let me in. The “bag breakfast” was a microwave bagel, an apple, and a yogurt. There was no spoon included to eat the yogurt. Also, it was very noisy, at 2 AM. It sounded like someone was trying to bash his way into the hotel, I heard people walking and talking in the hallway as early as 4 AM.

This place needs a major makeover. My room was dirty with dust on the floor and something sticky on the floor near the couch. The floors also were warped from obvious water damage, likely from the jetted tub’s faucet. We had to put a towel down around its faucet to keep water from leaking to the ground. The tub’s bubbler was weak. The thermostat is small and located behind a heavy dresser which was inconvenient when the room got too warm. The continental breakfast was lame being a brown bag with some continental stuff. The lobby and hallway had empty ceiling tiles with exposed wires. My card didn’t work the following morning either. One staff members was friendly, but another seemed very unenthusiastic to be there. I’ve been to Ramada’s before and have always had a good experience. So I was very disappointed with how this stay went.

Didnt use shuttle. Went to check in and the whole parking lot was so icey i couldnt get out very well to walk. I am handicapp and i would of had to walk in and out about 4 times for what it consistsed of. Had to wait for someone to unlock door to even go in. Very shady place for a ramada. Night clerk was very rude and told us to shut up. Asked for refund and was told no refund because missed cancelation deadline. There was a customer that said rooms were awful to and place was disgusting. We left and got a nicer motel for less. Would not recommend. They told us not to come back.

Hotel was in sketchy part of downtown. Took 10 minutes for the front desk person to appear, there was no answer when calling the desk. Room was alright. AC was a portable with a pipe punched through the wall, very loud. Walls were very thin. All but one of the towels had hairs on them. I’ve stayed at worse but was not a very fun experience here.
