Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
We were there to check in at 4:00pm as per the agreement. We walked in and the condo had not been cleaned. It took 2 hours for them to get someone to come and clean and then another 2 hours to clean. So we were not able to get in until after 8:00pm.
