The room was soo cold. Something was splattered on the edge of the drapes as well as the outlet next to it. Sheets had stains. The ceiling tile in the entrance is hanging down. The sliding wooden bathroom door is chipped and in disrepair. The toilet paper holder barely stayed on the wall.

Hotel was clean and had a good atmosphere. Restaurant was good. Staff were friendly. Only issue was that the central heating wasn’t working so our room was being heated by a little space heater. That's pretty rough when it's below zero outside.

Well the heat didn't work in the room so it was cold. Couldn't log in to my Netflix network issues, it just took a long time to check in, they were experiencing issues on their computers. Got in around 3am and just wanted to sleep to catch my next flight at noon. What ever happen to just giving your ID and a Credit Card and you have your room, takes awhile to get your room when all you want to do is rest after a 6 hour flight.
