The staff were terrific and welcoming. Our room was clean, but had too much cleaning product odor. At lease we knew it was clean. I don't like toxic cleaning chemicals in the air. The bed was comfy and we slept well.

So the friendly staff and delicious breakfast and comfy room was amazing! The only issue was the elevator doesn’t work (to no fault of the staff). Will definitely be back!

Pros - friendly staff, clean room, lots of restaurants near by Cons - shower leaked heavily multiple times, elevator broke down, outlets did not work in the bathroom, left message at check out for GM to contact me but no call back Overall - not worth the price we paid

Cockroaches. In a word. Cockroaches. We left because of this and asked them to call us, and they did not. They should have refunded money for that night because we had to get another hotel due to COCKROACHES. Do not stay here.

Bathroom floor was buckled and tub/shower would leak water all over the floor when you would take a shower. Other than that everything was fine with stay and room . We mentioned to cleaning staff so maybe they will address the issue .
