I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The moment I walked into the lobby, the entire place had a strong, musky odor that hit me immediately. The front desk staff didn’t make things any better—unfriendly, unwelcoming, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest.
When I got to my room, things went from bad to worse. One of the curtains had a visible blood stain on it, and the other curtain was completely torn. To top it off, I found roaches in the room. At that point, I didn’t feel comfortable staying at all.
I contacted Expedia, and they reached out to the hotel directly. The hotel acknowledged all of the issues but still refused to offer any compensation. That level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
This hotel needs serious cleaning, maintenance, and customer service improvements. I would not recommend staying here until major changes are made.
