Love the online check in and check out! Hotel was convenient location (right off the highway), room was clean and comfortable. The room did not have face cloths and breakfast was exactly the same everyday. One of the days we were there, there were two homeless people that were in the breakfast area and filling their pockets with anything and everything. The staff were told about them by multiple people but they did nothing to remove them. One was leaning all over the counters and handling way too many things. Definitely did not make a comfortable environment.

Yellow stains on sheets. Hallway smelled like marijuana. Hair in bathtub. People across the hall had a physical frights. Trashy clientele. Location good. Comfortable beds. Second time staying. Similar issues. I won’t be staying again.

Staff has been fine. No light bulb in a lamp. Alarm went off in the middle of the night so we unplugged the clock . . . trip stuff. By the way, Susan had nothing to do with this reservation or payment . . . fix your records. My name is Richard . . . you have all the vitals in your system but I was asked to fill them out again at check in. Annoying!
