We booked a two bedroom suite for 10d. Room was nice, property was renovated 2y ago. We really liked it. Breakfast was good as well. Only downside was that within the 10d no cleaning of the room happened. The told us that there is minimal room service every 3d and full service every 5 or 7d. the 3 service came regularly. Full service never showed up. Even after asking for it. Other than that I can recommend the hotel. We'll be back on our next visit in Andover.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were all friendly and very helpful!! The rooms were clean and comfortable! We were very satisfied! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place.

Everything was very nice. Rooms were very large, rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. I only had two small complaints,one comforter was torn and not having a daily trash pick up. If you set your trash out in the hallway they gladly picked it up. We were there 8 days. Overall, a fantastic place to stay. I would gladly book there again!

For 3 days there was no cleaning no towels and no garbage pickup. I had to extend my stay due to a conference for 1 more day and still there was no cleaning even with the extended stay. You have to ask for clean towels. Breakfast ends at 9am !

I really enjoyed my 5 day stay! I used the gym and the pool, daily. My room was very comfortable and I felt at home. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in!! I am buying the same mattress when I get home!! I travel one week a month, for business, and by far, this was the best hotel I've stayed in. Thank you!

Comfortable beds & nice rooms. The property was clean & well maintained. The staff was nice, as we checked in very late & the person at the desk was still happy to welcome us at 1:00am. The breakfast was good & there were many options to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate hotel and room. Unfortunately, could hear room above me walking around at midnight then when they got up at 6 am. The AC unit was very loud for sleeping also. Got about 2 hours sleep.
