Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Simplemente por problemas en la aplicación no había nuestra reservación. Nos recibieron con un tonito complaciente, sin ofrecer soluciones y con una simple disculpa sin fondo. En la otra mesa estaba otra pareja en el mismo estado, algo más desesperada. Me llegó la devolución, quizá se haga efectiva en la tarjeta, haré el seguimiento.
