70'lerin Santrali

İşlerine ve kalanına ölçülü, saygılı, şartlar dahilinde yapabileceğinin en iyisini yapan temiz bir otel. Eğer biraz olsun kadir kıymet biliyorsanız, merkeziyetini ve maliyetini de göz önüne alırsanız, gayet düzgün bir tercih.

It was the worst hotel that I went before, don't go there .. it's dirty , nothing working like shower and some elecriticity, no air conditioner, dust everywhere and breakfast was so limited ..

Owners should invest in their property.

Staff is caring and helpful. Facility needs cleaning. Plumbing and grouting of the tiles are in bad shape. Floor of the rooms need thorough cleaning. The bed head rest are oily and unclean. The beddings smell.

Kaldığımız sürede her konuda yakın ilgi gördük. Fiyat, fayda, konum açısından çok uygun bulduk. Otelin Sahibi İlhan Bey ve Müdüre Hanım güler yüzle ilgilendiler. Aynı şekilde personel Sami Bey ve Hüseyin Bey Hem güler yüzle karşıladılar, hem de Ankara ile ilgili sorularımızı en iyi şekilde yanıtladılar. Gittiğimiz gün asansördeki arıza nedeniyle, sırt çantalarımızı 3. kata çıkarmamız çok zor olacaktı. Hüseyin Bey çantalarımızı aldı ve odamıza bıraktı. Kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz. Dolaşıp otele döndüğümüzde asansör çalışıyordu. Son akşam otogara nasıl gideceğimizi düşünürken, İlhan Bey o tarafa gideceğini söyledi ve bizi otogara bıraktı. Yakın ilgilerini esirgemeyen herkese teşekkür ediyoruz.

Hoş bir deneyim olmadı.

Odaya ilk girdiğimizde her şey eksikti üç kişilik odada yalnızca bir tane yüz havlusu vardı. İki defa istememize rağmen temin edilmedi. En son temizlik personeliyle konuşmak zorunda kaldık. Duşluğun hortumu patlaktı. Yataklar batıyor,ses çıkarıyor. Kahvaltı üniversite yurt kahvaltısıyla aynı. Es geçelim dersek yediğimiz domatesler yumuşacık farklı bir tadı vardı. Belli ki uzun süre sıcakta beklemişler. Şikayetler dile getirildiğinde önümüz kesildi. Klima kumandası verilmedi. Yalnızca resepsiyonda gözlük kullanan güler yüzlü bir beyefendi vardı. Kibarlığı takdire şayandı. Sibel hanıma ve kendisine teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum. Aynı zamanda aile oteli evet. Rahatsızlık duyacağım herhangi bir şey olmadı. Ama geriye kalan ger şey çok kötüydü. Fiyat performans bir otel arıyoruz derseniz üstüne bir miktar para ekleyip başka bir yerde konaklamanızı tavsiye ederim.

In the picture the hotel looks so neat and nice. We were welcomed with a cup of tea. The hotel room card had a malfunction. Every time you went in and out the card reader kept making 4 or 5 high pitched beeps. When I reported this to the reception, I was told that they would fix it but nothing was done. They also had no other room available. 2nd problem, the toilet lid did not stay up, so it kept hitting your back when you were sitting. Furthermore, no buffet but a standard plate with cheese, jam and olives and other. The tea was really tasty.
