Ann Arbor Regent convenient and friendly.

We like the location of this hotel for ease to get around . It is clean the staff is friendly. Like the pool table area. Only issue this (which wasn't a true issue), chlorine was very strong in pool area.

Check the fridge

Very well maintained and tidy. Staff was polite and courteous. The only thing that caused me to give it a 3 star rating was that the fridge was turned off ( because I assume they wanted to conserve energy ). I bought food to consume the next day when I was on the road and put it in the fridge which I assumed worked. I woke up the next day and as I packed up, I pulled my food from the fridge and realized it was off. There should have been a label of some sort saying it needed to be turned on. Lost $33 worth of food and they said they were sorry. They offered me a $15 refund which I took although in my opinion, I should have been reimbursed the full amount.

Everything about our stay was pretty good except for there were a lot of kids running up and down the halls late at night and the complimentary breakfast was absolutely terrible. Other than that, the rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Great customer service. Cleanliness, pool, game room was great. They dont keep cookies out all night, which was disappointing but the beds were comfy, the jetted tub was worth the extra, nice and big!

clean but uncomfortable

I've stayed at this hotel several times before and have usually had a great experience, but unfortunately, this visit was a bit of a letdown. The biggest issue was the bed—it felt like it hadn't been rotated in years. The foot of the bed was noticeably higher than the head, making it feel like I was sleeping downhill. On top of that, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep. That said, the staff was as friendly and welcoming as always, and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. I really appreciate the consistency in those areas. Overall, I’d rate this stay a 6 out of 10. I’m hoping this was just a one-off experience, because I’ve had much better stays here in the past. A little attention to the room comfort—especially the bed—would make a big difference.
