There were a few negatives with this property: 1) location is directly across the street from a very popular bar with an outdoor patio and a food truck arrives around 2am 2) the train came by twice early Friday morning, blowing it's whistle and 3) property has damaged carpet, the coffee table has water rings (no coasters were provided) and the master shower doors seem to have been repurposed from a tub enclosure, so you risk hitting your head when entering or exiting.
Positives: 1) the main living space separates the bedrooms, ensuring privacy 2) the roof deck and game room are amazing 3) communication with property manager was excellent as was the check in/out process.
Overall, we loved being in the downtown area of Ann Arbor, close to everything. The restaurants and stores are eclectic and within walking distance. The negatives wouldn't stop us from staying here again!
