Sheraton was a good stay. Room was clean and everything easy to setup. Dante the Manager was awesome!!! He assisted with our heater (we didn't know how to operate it😂). Thank you! It’s also close to the Briarwood Mall. It’s a bit of a walk if you are using public transit but doable!

Everything met our needs and expectations and the room was nice and comfortable. $10 to park our own car in an open, mostly smpty, lot seems silly. Also, breakfast was $18 per person which was just another extra cost we didn't expect.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. First floor room, and although far enough away from front desk / lobby area, it was a noisy hallway with lots of kids running around. Housekeeping did not refill body wash in shower, so frustrating to take a shower without soap. (Pet peeve of mine as many hotels have moved away from bars of soap). Door to bathroom was not properly fitting on doorframe, so didn’t actually close on the frame (it moved right through the doorframe). TV did not work — just kept saying “loading” when it was turned on. Otherwise, perfectly fine stay for two nights while visiting U of M, which was 15-min. away.

We received complimentary nights from the manager due to issues during our first night. I really appreciated the level of customer service and hospitality. The property is clean comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was delicious and served fresh and hot. Staff was helpful, friendly and was willing to assist when needed. I would definitely recommend this property. I haven’t received this level of customer service at any other hotel property in a long time and was appreciative of the superb level of service.

The staff was great and the hotel is clean. They missed on the amenities. The lounge wasn’t stocked and coffee machine needed easy maintenance so it wasn’t available. The retail machines had Starbucks as offers but were empty.
