Room was run down and falling apart with exposed wires. The hot tub didnt work and the so called patio advertised was a small carpeted area outside the room. Overall they eventually moved us room with promises of compensating u but then got the run around about any of that and wasted a whole evening changing rooms instead of enjoying the time with my wife that we havent had in 10 mo ths as we have an infant at home. The building was old and dated with poor lighting throughout. Room was dated and also poor lighting. Paint chipping off walls and ceiling. Pool and hot tub area was poorly maintained. Definitely not worth the prices they charge.

Space felt kind of tired beat fallin to pieces . Found a number of long hairs. My son and I killed 13 flies in the window. The window had water issues water damage seal problems. The beams in the main open space were awesome to see. The steps to the food space had inconsistent tread heights, and as a carpenter it was entertaining and interesting to have a 7 7 9 tread height. Anyway, it was affordable. The first ingredient in the waffle spray was silicon. Seems sketch. Seems like it was a cool hotel 20 years ago.

Staff at front desk were helpful. Hotel was dirty throughout, especially the pool and spa area. The bottom of the pool was visibly dirty from the upper balcony. There were trash cans spread out through the atrium, likely to catch water from a leaky roof. Floor trim pieces were broken and presented trip hazards in the walkways. The parking lot was also very dark due to the lights not being on at night. The room was small but comfortable. However, the shower handle was leaky and the drain backed up immediately. An open bottle of shampoo was evidence of a lack of cleaning from the previous stay. This hotel needs to staff up to increase maintenance and cleaning. Lots of potential, but seems to be just scraping by. I give it two and a half stars out of five. Stayable, but not desirable.

We’ve stayed here twice for Michigan games. First time was excellent. Second time was just okay. Free breakfast isn’t anything great but good for a bagel and a banana or something. Not our favorite but the price vs other hotels on game day weekends makes it a good spot
