I can’t say enough good things! The house was exactly what we needed for our family of four. Everything was clean and decorated so thoughtfully. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure! Our favorite part was the location. The house is literally down the street from the beach, so it was super convenient to pack up the wagon and walk back and forth between the house and beach. It’s also very close to lots of food and shops. We walked to North Shore Cafe for coffee and smoothie bowls most mornings and tried a new dinner spot each night. Most of the houses in this location are quite expensive, so we were really happy to find this great rental.

We had a nice stay overall and the home has a lot going for it. The location is a big highlight—very close to the beach, which made everything easy and convenient. The house itself is small but quiet, clean, and quaint. The beds were comfortable, there were TVs in every room, and we appreciated the washer/dryer, outdoor shower, and all the beach gear provided (wagon, chairs, etc.). The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking.That said, there were a few things that could definitely be improved, especially for longer stays. The biggest issue was the limited supplies. For a group of four staying eight days, we were only given two bath towels, two laundry pods, two dishwasher tabs, two rolls of toilet paper, and two rolls of paper towels. There were four beach towels, but since they’re used outside and get sandy, it’s not practical to reuse them as bath towels without constantly doing laundry. It just didn’t feel stocked appropriately for the length of stay.We also ran into an issue on our last day when the dryer stopped working, which meant we had to bring home wet laundry—definitely inconvenient.Additionally, there were no basic extras like condiments or anything in the fridge, and only very minimal salt and pepper provided. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of if you’re planning your stay.One other thing to note is that the yard is shared with an adjoining property, and it wasn’t very clear what areas were private vs. shared.Overall, it’s a clean & cute

Bo’s Beach Bungalow on Anna Maria Island was the perfect property for my husband and I to relax and enjoy the beach. We weren’t looking for anything fancy, just a comfortable place where we could relax and unwind. There are enough good restaurants and shops within walking distance to enjoy ourselves without getting back in the car. The beach is beautiful and an enjoyable place to walk or sit. While there were a lot of people on the beach, this particular area isn’t crowded so you aren’t sitting on top of each other. The house is small, but comfortable and comes with beach cart, chairs and umbrella. The management team responded quickly and professionally to a minor issue. I highly recommend this property!

This little bungalow was super comfortable! I loved the king sized bed and mattress. We backpacked the Tommy Bahama chairs that were provided down Coconut Ave to the beach and enjoyed the finest sand and sun in the world. The cool 70’s vibe of the beach house was charming. It was fun to explore the shops and cafes around us. We rented a golf cart marin Beach Bum for just 390 a week. North Shore Cafe was superb for morning coffee and bagels, as you can sit and admire the canal with bird life. Harry’s Grill hosts a church service with brunch on Sundays from 10-11:30 am. We bought a pickleball set for 15 at a shop and played behind the community centre. Bo’s Beach House was the best value on the island for a 2-bedroom house. And we had this much fun during a cold snap at the end of January, 2026. Imagine how much better it would be if it was warm, lol!

We loved our stay here, it was a quick and lovely walk to the beach each day and the house came with a wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella which was really nice. The house was the perfect size for us and the bed was very comfortable. We'd love to stay here again, AMI was the cutest beach town to explore!

Great location with a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean and we loved the funky mid-century vibe. A nice break from the dolphin and lighthouse decor found in many beach houses. Everything about this Bo's Beach Bungalow was great for our stay in AMI!

My two friends and I stayed at Bo's Bungalow for a few days in November. It was a perfect stay. A short 2-minute walk from the beach, the house was cute, clean, and comfortable with plenty of amenities. We were met with great customer service any time we had a question or comment. Tyler specifically was so kind and accommodating and made the entire process so easy! We enjoyed our stay so much I am already considering planning another trip back with my parents! Thanks to the Anna Maria Island Accommodation team!

Nice vacation spot!

Nice quiet area. About a block from beach! Short walk to Pine Ave with many restaurants and shops. House was nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Only compliant was could use some more silverware. Hope it's available for us next year!

Mid-century Monstrosity

We were greeted with a 78 degree home which was set on 75 degrees prior to arrival. It’s a smart thermostat that’s controlled by the owner and doesn’t go below 70 degrees. The house was never cooler than 72 degrees, and felt hotter. There was one mirror in the rental, which was the medicine cabinet that hung over the sink in bathroom. I highly suggest adding a full body mirror in each bedroom. We were disappointed with the amount of linens. They didn’t provide trash bags but wanted us to take trash out. This place needs a deep cleaning with the cleaning fee they are charging. The baseboards were dirty. The refrigerator was rusted, along with the mirror. The sink didn’t fit the countertop. Most of the cabinet doors don’t close and the inside of utensil drawers were dirty. We’re familiar with the lizards in Florida, but this place has an infestation due to the unkept yard. There was so much overgrowth in backyard, that it was attracting lizards and mosquitoes and we couldn’t even see the waterway. It is said that there is an outdoor shower, but it’s really a spout on the wall with no privacy. A lady showed up unannounced (guessing one of the owners) and walked around the house to storage closet twice. She didn’t communicate why she was there which made us very uncomfortable. On the last day, before checkout time, the property manager assumed we weren’t there and almost came inside of the house, then sat across the road in his car until our ride came. Would NOT recommend!!!

Perfect beach house

Great vacation home on Anna Maria, one of the nicest we have ever stayed in and really close to the beach, just a short stroll away. We were there in less than three minutes walking from our front door, really an easy commute and much more enjoyable than being back home and driving to the office! Ha! We felt very comfortable and safe in this home, it was very clean and tidy, and I can tell the owners put a lot of love into the decor and making sure their guests have a nice stay. We appreciate that very much. The rooms were nicely done, the kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking pots and pans, and there were even lender beach chairs for us to use. The backyard was beautiful to sit and relax. Thank you for hosting us, we plan to return next year.
