This property is amazing, has everything you need and is in a great location on the island. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be staying here on our next trip to the island.

Clean, great space, close to the beach

Our stay at Casa Allegria was wonderful! The house was incredibly clean!! Every space in the house was spotless. The space was perfect for my 3 kids (6, 4, 1), my husband, and myself. I loved the screened in area by the pool. We were able to eat dinner there without worrying about a kid roaming near the pool. The beach was a quick walk - no more than 5 minutes and then it was easy to come back and enjoy an afternoon at the pool. The backyard is big, private, and beautiful with trees and flowers. The house had everything we needed. It included more beach chairs than what was listed. The master bed was very comfortable. When we had a question, the property manager responded quickly. The house is also really close to Pine Ave where many of the the shops and restaurants are located. This house was perfect and I would love to stay there again!

Great location and house on AMI!

My family had a great week staying at this property. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had plenty of room. The pool was awesome and we spent most of our time in it. Highly recommend this rental!

Perfect for Family

Casa Allegria was the perfect spot for our vacation. The kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. The home is very well-stocked with kitchen utensils, awesome grill, and plenty of beach supplies (chairs, tent, rolling cart, paddle games, etc.). Host communication is also top notch. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Great Stay

Myself, my husband, and our almost two year old daughter stayed here for 5 days. It was a great stay - the backyard is beautiful, the pool is heated and has a great ledge for young kids + an umbrella, and plenty of seating. The location also could not be beat - a block from beach access, and walking distance to plenty of restaurant and coffee shops. We had a great time and would stay again.

Family vacation

It was our first trip to Anna Maria and we absolutely loved the house and everything about it. It was the perfect size for our group and had everything we needed and more. The only complaint we had was the dishwasher isn’t the greatest but we plan to come back and stay again. Perfect location. Highly recommend.

We felt as if we were a guest in someone's home and not just renting a property. Clean, spacious, location all excellent. The screened-in porch and pool area were wonderful. Put all of that under a bright blue sky, sun and warm temperatures - we were soooo sad to leave.

We had a great stay! The location was awesome and the privacy of the pool was amazing!

Everything went really smoothly with good communication. Not complaints..just preferences: more blankets. Like small ones for watching TV Better doorknobs with better locks. There are deadbolts on all outside doors, but things would feel more secure with better knobs. And curtains on windows not just the blinds.

Great place, pool and location!

We had a great stay at Casa Alegria. It's less than a 5 minute work from a beautiful beach and the house had all we needed for a great trip. Pool was perfect for floating later in the day. Rounded out the day with some very competitive cornhole with the kids. Not only will we recommend this house, we will likely look for a trip back to it. Also need to give props to the property manager, AMI Accommodations, they did a great job.

Cheerful, beauty and homey. One of the cleanest places we have every stayed. We felt at home. Kitchen was well equipped. Quiet dead-end street with friendly neighbors. Close to beach and trolley. Had minor issues that were addressed immediately and went beyond what we hoped or expected. Look forward to staying here again.

Perfect for families

The layout of the house worked perfect for us. The grandparents took the master. At the other side of the house was the queen bed room and the two twins. There was a shared bathroom. The kids didn’t wake up the grandparents once. The pool isn’t large so more than two kids could be crowded. The queen bed was very uncomfortable, but not worth downgrading the rating.

Great Time, But....

Everything was great & I would give a 5 * review except the the kitchen sink in the house was not working. I made several attempts with the rental company to get it fixed, but it never happened. Each time I called I recieved the runaround about it getting fixed, & it didnt seem like a top priority for them. I ended up using the sink in the garage to hand wash the dishes since the kitchen & dishwasher didn't work at all.

Enjoyable getaway for the family

This was our first visit to the island and we were impressed. The beach and the sunsets were magnificent. Our family and I had a great time. The home itself is older but fit our needs comfortably. It's a short walk to the beach and the pool is a great way to cool off and relax after a long day of roaming the island.
