Absolutely gorgeous property! We loved all the landscaping and wildlife. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and watching the various birds. The pool was the perfect temp and really nice at night. Really close, a block in front of the home, to the bay side beach. The Gulf was a few blocks down and would recommend getting a parking spot early there as they fill up fast, very few to choose from. You can walk from home easily. The beach access to Gulf is on same street. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly comfortable vacation

Hook, Wine and Sinker was the perfect spot for our little mini vacation. We wish we could have stayed longer. The house was in a great location being close to the beach, bay, shopping and dining and on a canal! We saw a lot of tarpon and snook, but the manatee didn’t make an appearance in the canal, but we saw plenty on the beach. Also, being able to bring our doggie babies with us just simply made our vacation even more perfect. The home is very well set up for EVERYONE including.the dogs. The home was also very clean and extremely well appointed with everything you would need. We will be back!

Hook wine and sinker

When we arrived there was a musty odor that was STRONG and didn’t go away after a few hours. There were also stains on furniture that were slightly off-putting. We ended up leaving and going home after about 2 hours, wouldn’t recommend

Great location and pool and fishing

We loved the pool and fishing in the canal. The beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked. The long dining table was great for family meals and board games/puzzles. The sofas were comfy and the guys loved watching football and baseball on the big tv and also on the pool tv. If you are bringing dogs or small children, please note that the backyard is not fully fenced. There are openings to the street near the detached garage. Also, the artificial turf in the backyard gets so hot by mid afternoon that it will burn your feet or dogs paws. There are lots of hoses to spray down the pool deck or grass. We loved the downstairs fridge for drinks and the arcade machine, but the downstairs room isn’t air conditioned. There are a ton of beach chairs and toys and a wagon, which was nice. The pool alarms on all the doors were super annoying but I understand they are there to keep kids safe. But would be nice to be able to disengage if no kids in your party. You are super close to Bean Point, Rod and Reel and City piers, as well as Pine St. Lots of stairs and no elevator so wouldn’t recommend if you have party in your group with mobility issues.

Great location!

This place was a gem and allowed us to have a nice relaxing and fun vacation on AMI. Perfect location that is near great shops, restaurants, the beach and the bay! I think having our electric bikes with us made the trip even better and we had plenty of space to safely store all 6 of them. The bathrooms could use some light touch ups in the grout and tiling/floor treatment. We also were hoping for more supplies like towels/laundry detergent and kitchen/food staples (condiments, tin foil, baggies, etc.), but I could have missed some of that! Overall, an amazing spot to journey to and we are so happy with the house.

Fantastic Stay

We have been coming to AMI for years and this property along with the management company were absolutely perfect!! The house was extremely clean and very well stocked. The pool/beach toys were an unexpected addition that was extremely helpful with a little one. Beds were very comfortable and layout was perfect for our small family but also would be great for a larger family. Look forward to coming back to this home again in the future.

June 2022 Vacation

Awesome house and property. Great location within easy walking distance to beach, Bean Point, and piers. Good dockage and easy boat access to bay and gulf. Plenty of parking with circular drive and second parking area in front of garage. Great pool and patio area. The shared shower located between two bedrooms was a little inconvenient but was manageable. There is a separate half bath but no shower that is accessible without going through bedrooms. Overall, a very, very nice house in a great location.

Very nice property and a fabulous location

We loved our stay on the north end of Anna Maria Island! The location is perfect (right on the inlet for kayaking and paddle boarding, and a short walk to the ocean and beaches). The deck has a retractable canopy which was wonderful for times you need a break from the sun. Nicely landscaped, and had everything we needed. We were very happy with our stay!

Location is great house is beautiful pictures are a little deceitful looks like its on a canal doesn't show thats at the end in the ad it says watch manatee swim buy but that wouldn't be possible how ever that being said extremely satisfied with our stay 5 star all the way !

Incredible house - they thought of every detail!

This was a wonderful house. We booked super last minute, so didn't have a ton of options, but this house turned out to be exceptional. All the details had been thought of. Awesome balconies with electronic shade, beach gear in good condition, air mattresses, baby supplies, and more. Plus a fantastic TV for movie nights. Not to mention the kayak and dock to fish from. We will definitely be back!
