We had a wonderful stay here! First time to Anna Maria, and we will be back! The house was clean, the backyard kept my kids entertained, really a great space! The hosts were very nice and responsive! We walked a lot, Most things are within walking distance. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic beginning to end of our stay

We were very impressed with everything about this property. I had high expectations and hopes for the house in person and it didnt disappoint. It was easy to get checked in and go straight to thw house. Thw house was veey clean and smelled neutral and clean. Plenty of towels and beach towels and basics for the kitchen though we ate out most of our meals. The oven is wolf and top notch. There were soaps and dishwasher tablets and shampoo and conditioner if you dont want to pack that or forgot. The pool area is very clean and well taken care of. Pool cleaner came while we stayed but barely took away from our time there. Location, location, location! Cant say enough about the impact that had on our vacation. It was absolutely perfect. I studied that in great detail before i chose this house and it was well worth it. The beach in this area and walking distance to pine were ideal. Id actually stay here again vs trying somewhere new in the future. AMIA were great to deal with. A gate latch fell off while we stayed and i let them know but it wasn t important. However they had ot fixed right away

The house was wonderful and perfect for our family of 5! Everyone had their own space but there was ample space for us all to be together. The outdoor space was wonderful! So much to do! The location to the beach and so many great restaurants was excellent!

Wonderful trip!

The house was so spacious, clean, and new - everyone enjoyed themselves both in the large great room as well as the beautiful outdoor space. There is actually one extra bedroom than the listing shows, which was perfect for our five year old. There are board games that he loved as well. I just wished there were some sand toys to take to the beach because those are hard to pack! A cooler would be helpful as well. But there were plenty of chairs, two beach wagons, and a nice new mat for the beach.

Beach access is a block away.

This house was amazing. 3 floors, w/ 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on the second floor. 3rd floor has another king bedroom w/master bath, but it also has a Queen Bedroom. House has 3 king beds and 2 queen beds. Plenty of space for everyone. Shops and restaurants were also walking distance.

Summer 2024

Our family of five had a wonderful week in this absolutely beautiful house with great location! Very convenient to shops and restaurants; we rode our bikes the whole week or walked and the beach access was very close as well. The house does have 5 bedrooms, so can sleep 10 which is a little larger than stated, but the pictures are accurate. One small complaint would be that the back yard had numerous lights to give the back yard a soft glow, they were all out, which made it dark other than the pool lights. Simple fix and hopefully the owners will be made aware. I would highly recommend this house.

AM Island house

Great property in an excellent location on AM island. Only issue was the beach wagon didnt work so had to carry chairs but it is close to the beautiful beach so it was easy. Would definitely stay here again. Awesome!

Great location - 1 block from beach and 1 block from Pine Street. Spacious property with lots of space. Pool was great with sun deck area for small children to have an area to play. Kitchen well equipped but nothing is left after each guest checks out so you need to buy everything you need. That is not typical of other properties we have stayed at

Great house

We had a terrific time. But seriously, not a salt and pepper shaker in the house?! No spices, nothing to cook with . .. for the price you need to stock the kitchen with minimal requirements for a weekend stay.

Loved everything about this home.

Great property and location for our family. The required alarms AMI are extremely annoying if you have adults and older children. We had two that never worked, I called several times. Great staff but didn’t repair during our stay. Heat pump to Jacuzzi wasn’t working. Had a new one delivered and hooked up but never worked. Again, nice and responsive staff but it was never repaired. Also called about this. We LOVED the property but for the price I would expect everything to work or have it noted that it isn’t working somewhere on website. I would recommend to call and make sure everything is in working order. We were disappointed it didn’t work at all during our entire stay. Style, comfort, cleanliness, location, spaciousness, outdoor activities, parking were 5 stars. It was great!

Beautiful House!

You will not be disappointed! Beautiful house that is very well kept. Pool area is amazing. Baths in every bedroom is a huge plus. One block from the gorgeous beach. Couple small hiccups, but property manager was quick to respond and get someone out to help us. Unfortunately, our pool pump wasn’t functioning during our stay. They came out several times to attempt to fix, but no luck. So had to deal with a cloudy pool and no circulation in it to remove bugs. We did not let it hamper our stay or our time in the pool. Highly recommend this house and AMI the property manager!

Amazing home one block from the Gulf!

This is our 4th time to AMI, and by far our favorite home we have rented. The location was perfect, one block north of Pine Ave and one block to the gulf. We were thrilled to see the home had beach chairs, coolers, wagon, umbrella, kayaks, paddle boards
it was amazing. The home was fully stocked with all the things we needed to cook during our week stay. We will absolutely be renting this home again in the future!

Pelican Paradise

This new-ish rental has the best pool complex we’ve ever rented. Very nice kitchen but basic amenities like salt/pepper, dish soap liquid or dishwasher soap was non- existent or limited No Kleenex and 1 roll of paper towels. So be prepared to buy almost everything. The pool toys and beach’ toys should be listed better as they are not fully described on the listing. There were no games for the house at all. There were no instructions on the tv/cable services which would have been nice to have. Some of the outlets for charging electronics didn’t work. Overall a very nice house but wouldn’t probably rent again for the price paid.

Wonderful Vacation

Pelican Paradise was just what we wanted. So beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The location of the house was perfect for us. It was so close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and free trolley and yet it seemed as if we were in a wilderness by ourselves. AMI Accommodations staff was wonderful and addresses all of our requests instantly. We definitely will be back and bring our family with us next time. Ken and Judy B 1-29-2020

Outstanding property.

Pelican Paradise was a perfect choice for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped and featured top quality appliances. Four en-suite bedrooms together with a fifth sleeping area provided plenty of space. We enjoyed the pool surrounded by lovely landscaping, and the beach was just a short walk away. Pelican Paradise is equipped with an elevator, which provided accessibility to our disabled family member. We couldn’t have been more pleased.
