Our favourite house so far!

We have been coming as a family to the Island as a family for several years, and your house was our favourite so far. So spacious and bright, the backyard was lovely and we very much appreciated three full bathrooms and three large beds. The Beach House was very nice.Might need some more upgrades to the A/C. House can become extremly warm in the afternoons due to the sun glare in the living room window but overall experience was great.

Amazing Location! Beautiful Home!

Gorgeous home and amazing location. I've vacationed on AMI for over a decade and this was one of my favorite locations to stay at. The home itself and the proximity to the beach trumped everything else. There is a wagon and beach gear available which is great, but I will say that it would have been nice to at least have a few other extras at the home. There was absolutely nothing in terms of condiments, ice maker didn't work, no salt/pepper, wrap/foil, laundry supplies, dishwasher pods, etc... so you'll need to get all the extras at the store on the first day. That being said, it was still worth it for what the home offers elsewhere and being able to take about 100 steps to the beach. A/C went out on our last day, but the management team was fantastic about response time and handling it quickly - it was corrected by end of day. We really truly enjoyed staying here and I will be highly considering staying here again next year!

almost perfect...two exceptions. sheets are worn and should be replaced. and kitchen lacking in basics-mixing bowls. sm and/or med platter. only serve bowls are huge plastic. But overall-Fantastic !!

Beachy Daze

This home is great. Fully equipped, nicely furnished. Very short walk to Anna Maria's great beaches, shells and sunsets. Front porch and patio/pool areas are great for family activities and just relaxing. We were there for two weeks due to kids Spring Break date conflicts, and never had to speak to the manager. Ordering golf carts ahead of time was a great way to get around and see this wonderful island. We would definitely consider renting this home in the future,

Great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We did bring our bikes and rented a golf cart. The house needed a few repairs, but other than that it’s a gorgeous house.

Fantastic location, wonderful home

This is a wonderful home on a quiet side street, while still being close to everything. The beach is only steps away, with walkable food options and easy access to the trolley and main drag. The house itself is in good shape and very well furnished with comfortable beds and ample outdoor seating. The pool area makes a great retreat from the midday heat or in the evening after a great dinner out. As others have said, the house is quite bright, with many windows that have no shades or blinds. These also do let in a fair bit of heat, and the house can get quite warm during the day, even with the A/C running. Overall, a wonderful experience from end to end, including a great rental agency ensuring everything was up to their standards and our expectations.

Excellent location . Home immaculate clean. Needed more towels and sheets.

Had a lot of problems with alarm to pool. Went off at 3am 5am 8am due to sticky tape not working. Could not take out battery had to remove. All were up all night.

Amazing Vacation

This property was in an excellent location. Very close to a beautiful beach that was not crowded, which we liked! Was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The pool was nice to use in the afternoons and evenings after a day at the beach. Plenty of beach towels and chairs, although a couple of chairs were torn on the seats. The only real issue we had was the large windows in the living room had no shades so the sun came in strong in the afternoons until sundown and made it hard to see the TV and to use the dining room table. Otherwise it was perfect!

Great location- lacking supplies

You are paying for location with this house. It is 5 houses from the beach which is awesome. The house is beautiful, but needs some additions. There are no shades/blinds on the east side of the house(master and queen bedroom) which creates an early wake up call. There are no shades/ blinds on the west side of the house(great room) which makes it impossible to use this room from 4-8 while the sun is setting. If you plan on cooking, bring your stuff from home. We ate every meal at the house(convenient and during Covid weren’t really comfortable eating out) and I was glad I brought my griddle and crock pot. The utensils are lacking. We had to run the dishwasher between every meal so we would have enough plates and forks for the next meal. Considering there is a pool, you would think there would be plastic cups, but there were only 2. The door to the pool is extremely hard to open, and we ended up going around the side of the house to use the gate. We love AMI but would not stay here again unless changes were made.

Beautiful place

another paradise was exactly as it’s name says. It is so close to the beach, and the amenities were perfect for what our group needed. The only thing we “wished” it had was a hot tub. I couldn’t recommend Anna Maria island more!
