Stayed 3/24/26-3/28/26. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 - 9yr old & a toddler. I always expect some dinginess to rentals but this house exceeded our expectations. Pictures of the pool & canal area don’t do it justice. Very conveniently located - beach access right around the corner & popular Pine Ave is an easy walk as well. I love that there was plenty of outdoor furniture/seating to choose from on the top balcony area as well as the pool area. The house felt very clean inside. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need to cook a meal and the grill was right outside the kitchen on its own little balcony which was super fun. They included 2 rolls of paper towels (the cheap kind but they worked), a roll of trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dish detergent, new packaged sponge & dish towels. Plenty of soap etc. They had items you can use under the carport - stroller, wagon, pool toys and even kids’ life jackets. Neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. Pool was wonderful. Canal was so nice to sit at. We did see a manatee at one point. Overall such a nice stay. The SeaBreeze management company is top-notch. We had one issue upon arrival of the WiFi network not being available & a technician showed up promptly to fix the issue (which was simply a half-plugged cord). They were very communicative throughout our stay.

The location was great. The primary bedroom was very warm and didn’t cool down like the other rooms. Many outlets didn’t work inside or outside. We had to run the golf cart extension cord into the house one night. The bottom step on the outside stairs needs to be replaced. The house was nice, we had everything we needed.

This was a great property for our family. The location is awesome,with a short walk to Bean Point beach and not having to struggle to find a parking place near the beach. The pool was a nice respite around 3pm, when the corner of the pool started to get afternoon shade. Pine Street also very close, making the morning coffee run to North Shore Cafe easy. True to it's name, we did see manatees right off the little dock that overlooks the canal.

Lovely & Peaceful Stay

Loved it overall. Stayed for a week. Nice the garage was covered on those rainy or extra sunny days, kept car cool. Spacious and very clean overall.The house and location was great. Quiet neighborhood, very family oriented. The beach is right down the street, so just walked every day to see the sunset. 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was nice. There were nightlights and the palm trees inside had their own spot lights that could be used as nightlights too. Washer & dryer and SeaBreeze leaves pods for the washer and dish washer. You honestly only have to pickup groceries and drinks, they pretty much cover everything else. Only once did we notice a bit of a smell while in the pool but it was low tide and it didn’t bother too much. Communicating went smoothly. Did try to do a late check out but I notified them that morning and then didn’t get back to me until the afternoon when ever other time communication was quick. The cleaning staff was already outside waiting in their vehicle almost an hour before check out & you see SeaBreeze trucks Checking to make sure guest have checked out and cleaning crews are present. Overall would love to rent again.

Great location in AMI

This home was nice for our family for the week. Great location on AMI. About a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Beach access location is pretty quiet so was never super busy. Good size pool and screened in porch was very nice. Kitchen is stocked well for cooking. Plenty of bath and beach towels provided along with lots of beach chairs, a wagon, and tent. On the downside, during low tide, the canal directly behind the house smelled awful, so evening swims were out. We were also not able to enjoy the pool or outdoors after dark as there were zero working lights in or around the pool. We reported this on our first day and although maintenance showed quickly, they were not able to fix it so it remained an issue throughout our stay. Hopefully they are able to get this fixed before the next guests arrive.

If i had my way, we wouldn't have left. It has everything you need. The pool and dock were hits with our family. We saw manatee multiple times right by the dock, and dolphins our first day. It didn't list it, but the house did come with multiple beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon to use. I would note that it got kinda warm during the day, just downstairs. That could have been us, not sure, but not that big of a deal. Also, they supply you with one towel, hand towel, wash cloth, beach towel, power person. We were there for 5 days and had enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, dish washing tablets, and laundry washing tablets to last. If you stay longer or have a bigger group, you may need to pick a few things up. No worries though, there's Publix... at every corner lol, but only one on the island. You're within walking distance to restaurants, piers, and right around the corner from Bean Point. We loved it!

Manatee Lookout Relaxing week!

Very nice house, peaceful area with a fantastic screened living area. Short walk to quiet and beautiful beach. Could use some additional (tongs, baking sheets, forks, small tools) or nicer (glassware/cups) kitchen equipment.

Exceeded Our Expectations.

What a lovely home. It exceeded our expectations. Each room is spacious and has a private bath. The house is well equipped with everything we needed to help make our stay enjoyable. The pool was refreshing, the location was a quick walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of northern Anna Maria. Thank you for opening your home to us and our two small dogs for our mini reunion, girl's getaway. We had a blast!

This place was great. There were small things around the house that need minor maintenance but overall the property was great. We loved the private pool and the ability to all have our own bathroom. We would definitely book this property again.

Broken items, screw holes in walls, no tv for for days, poorly cleaned, unresponsive property manager. Had the house been half the cost per night I would have been fine with it, but this felt like serious price gouging at best. Emailed the property manager and still waiting on a response for my concerns. Truly unfortunate. Tons of potential, great location, ridiculously overpriced for a place that needs a remodel and some serious TLC. @VRBO should do a better job of quality checks for places that are this expensive
 to add insult to injury the AC controls were locked - Florida summers and old homes don’t gel well with locked AC controls. Super disappointing

The house is musty and odd smell coming from bathroom, front door lock broken and has been for some time, couldn’t use upstairs, the carpet was filthy, second bedroom very hot, the furniture needs cleaning , no lights at pool or dock, it just needs a deep clean. The owner should address these issues. The management company was great, pool was nice.

We loved the property and the dock on the canal but the alarm system was very upsetting.

The house was nice for our family of 4 but the alarm system was very frustrating. The kitchen does not have enough appropriate amenities. No Lighting on the back of the house or dock. No skimmer to keep the pool leaves out so swimming with a lot of black leaves was not fun. Definitely appreciate the towel and sheet service but no extra pillow cases for the extra pillows. This was our first experience with seabreeze and I would highly recommend them. Ben was so good to work with along with his Father! Very pleasant and professional. Golf cart is a must!!! Thank you and we will definitely book again with seabreeze!
