We paid for a king size but it was a queen The bed was extra hard They put us in a room facing the highway while the hotel was not even full The water coming out of the faucet was orange We ordered two NY strips which costed us 90 dollars and it was frozen and tasteless . The side was simply horrible, just a couple of potatoes and chewy vegetables So disappointing !!! Won't come back

First, we were put in a different room type than we ordered. The room faced an 8-lane highway about 100 yards away, which wasn't expected but we actually didn't mind. Then, the first time we walked to the room we smelled someone smoking or vaping marijuana. Not a big deal but surprising. From 8pm on, kids were running up and down and talking loudly. I left at 9:30 to get something from downstairs, and when I came out, a young kid stepped out of a room, screamed loudly, then stepped back inside. Then someone opened the room next to the kid, stepped out in panties and a t-shirt, and opened the door to yell at the kid. Later someone was vaping strawberry smelling stuff around that area. Also the breakfast was mid and they didn't stock it fully until a half hour after they said it opened. Staff was really kind though. I did complain and they seemed aware of the problem already. Things were quieter after that but loud again the next morning.

The room was very nice and the staff. No complaints. We told the front desk staff at check out that the heat did not come on and she apologized and offered us breakfast but we didn’t take it. Still it was really great there. I will go there again. Also everything was convenient. Walking distance for the mall and restaurants.

Unfortunately this was not the best even though I rarely give bad reviews. The hotel needs updating, the service at the restaurant/bar was slow and our room smelled like a mix of paint and smoke. The bedding looked like it was thrown on and wrinkled. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling.

The stay was just okay. The hot tub wasn’t working which was a let down. Also, although we paid for breakfast at the restaurant they weren’t serving made to order food. The room was clean and the Hotel generally nicely appointed. However, I had to move a very large sideboard to plug the refrigerator in in my room. Also, the breakfast was a charge of nine dollars for one that was of the same or lesser quality than free breakfast at most hotels. There is only one ice machine for the entire hotel located on the first floor. The ice water in the lobby area was often emptied when I tried to get a drink of water.
