The staff clearly has been trained in and emphasizes customer service with a smile. No issues at all with the staff. Hotel has some age on it, but rooms are just fine. There is an upscale shopping center a few hundred yards away. Hotel provides free shuttle to boat show (tip not included). Very good overall experience at a much more reasonable price than hotels in historic Annapolis.

When entering the hotel, the hallway to our room was disgusting. It appeared to have poop or mud in the hallway. When we arrived in the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The pillows were TERRIBLE, they were like deflated tires. There was water damage on the ceiling and lots of noises in the hallway at night so we couldn't sleep. The bedding was very cheap as well. Additionally, the bathtub was rusted and dirty. It was a very disappointing stay.

Nice that they were able to open the bar for us and I give Carlos the bartender five stars. He is awesome! I will say that they do need to somehow lubricate the door on the elevator to go upstairs and it is very squeaky LOL

Great location and lots of amenities nearby. BUT…bathroom tub, tiles, floor and vents had human hair that had not been removed. Manager said “she could do nothing” since I booked through third party after I brought the lack of cleanliness issue to her attention.
