Can't fault it for the location which in my opinion is ideal. However, some areas need addressing... change the old tarnished towels and beddings, respond quicker to app messages (sometimes you'll get a response several days later after you've already checked-in). “Superior/hill view” was NOT delivered. Bedding was good but carpet was shabby. Black mold in shower so, probably, the room was contaminated as well. Fridge worked but the microwave didn’t. 2nd story room open to an interior maintenance walkway, so I had to keep the curtains pulled: very dreary.
