Completely freshly renovated apartment for up to 4 people on the 5th and last floor of a resort, with stunning sea views and large balcony.
Direct access to the beach (5 minutes walk), closed pool, only for residents and guests of the complex. Own underground parking space (also for larger cars) with direct access to the apartment via an elevator.
In the immediate vicinity you will find bakeries, a large Super U - supermarket, smaller retail stores, a tobacco and magazine store and various restaurants.
The large park "Exflora" diorekt in front of the complex invites you to linger and relax.
The bus stop with direct connections to Antibes, Nice (including the airport) and Cannes is right outside the door.
The apartment is fully and extensively equipped, including multi-split air conditioning, iron, battery vacuum cleaner, WLAN (fiber optic connection 400 Mbit), clothes horse, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee maker, Taoster, microwave, smart TV, fully furnished and much more.
The apartment has sun in the morning and shade from about 14 h (depending on the season!). Since it is located in the corner, it is very well protected from the wind (Mistral!) and very quiet.
