- An opened fully-eqquiped kitchen overlooking on the living room
- A bedroom with a double bed 140x200 and a storage space
- A bedroom with a convertible sofa bed for two people separated by the living room thanks to a design window
- A bathroom with a shower, storage, hair dryer
- An independent Wc
The brand new apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning and WiFi and was renovated in July 2019.
3rd floor, no elevator

Guests have access to the entire venue and receive a set of keys upon check-in.
## Interaction
I work in Antibes, only a few meters away from the apartment, so I can always be able to swing by to assist you if needed in order to ensure the quality of your stay. Otherwise, I am available via SMS, WhatsApp or phone throughout your stay during business hours.
## Neighborhood
The apartment is ideally located in the Old Antibes. You will be in the tourist district of Antibes. This is the place to be. You will find everything that makes the charm of this city. Small flowering streets to discover, many small shops, museums, ice cream parlors, restaurants, Provencal market, artisanal night market, painters, large pleasant terraces for a drink, the port, the beach etc ...

Highway Exit Antibes, you can park at the secure parking Q- PARK Pré-des-Pécheurs which is located 500m from the apartment (prices on internet)
Nice airport, you can take the bus and stop at the stop near the apartment BUS N ° 200, stop "PLACE DE GAULLE - ANTIBES"

Linens and bath towels are included in your reservation.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator.
No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
One set of bed linen is given upon arrival per bed. One towel per person.
