Have peace of mind with renting a car with our closed private oversized garage. You will always be able to park :) which is a big plus in these tiny roads.
If you prefer public transportation, you have the choice of local train within 5 min walk or bus-stop literally steps to the building.

-Suitable for kids and babies. Baby bed, High chairs, baby tub available.
- No Smoking at all inside. No exception!! There will be an extra cleaning fee of 800 Euros if cold smoke is smelled inside at checkout!! thanks.
- You can have dinner parties but no frat parties are permitted :) You must abide to HOA rules. Thanks

-Must not change or temper with any electrical machinery that will stop its normal course.
-Must bring inside all outdoors pillows in case of high wind or rain OR must secure under the waterproofing cover.
-Never leave the awnings open in case of Rain or high wind. You must close in those cases: when you go to bed, when you leave the condo, when its raining, when its windy. You will be responsible in case of an issue.
-Follow the weight limitations on the Washer and Dryer.
-You must acknowledge reading the house manuel available at the property by signing the the rental contract.

we spent a wonderful week in this spacious and luxereous appartment.

The seaview on the big terrace was fantastic. Location between Antibes and Juan l.Pins excellent. And close to the beach. A warm welcome awaited us, the atmosphere of the appartement is a home away from home. We just loved every minute! Only thing was that our car was too big and parking in the corner garagebox very difficult. So we have to hire a smaller car next time.. If you go, dont forget to visit Grasse, so beautiful. But the old town of Antibes is lovely too. Would very highly recommend this appartement !

Superb apartment, lovely terrace and fabulous view

This penthouse apartment is exactly as portrayed. It is clean, modern, spacious and has a beautiful terrace with an equally stunning view out over the sea towards the Lerin islands off the coast of Cannes. The location is great particularly if, like my husband and myself, you like to be able to walk everywhere whether it is the old town in Antibes, the Cap d’Antibes or Juan les Pins and the many fabulous sandy beaches.All in all this is a delightful apartment and perfect pied à terre to do as much or as little as you wish on your vacation.So glad we found this gem and hope to be back soon.

Schönes, stilvolles Apartment

Alles in allem angenehmes Apartment. Sehr bequeme Betten, super ausgestattete KĂŒche, superschnelles WiFi, BĂŒro mit Drucker. Alles in gutem Zustand, modern und sauber. Terrasse ist zwar gross, aber auch sehr zugestellt und es gibt keine LiegestĂŒhle.. Viele tote Pflanzen auf der Terrasse, kein WĂ€schestĂ€nder, um die Badesachen zum Trocknen aufzuhĂ€ngen (wir haben einen gekauft) und die Tiefgaragenzufahrt sowie die Garagenbox sind dermassen eng, dass man das Auto dann lieber nicht mehr verwendet, wenn man mal drin ist. Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis hat fĂŒr uns nicht ganz gestimmt.

One of our best stays in Riviera

Thank You for this great week at Azurom in Antibes. A modern and beautiful appartment with a great view to the sea and huge terrace with a Weber grill. A 10 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants both in Antibes and Juan-le-Pins. A quiet place to sleep. Kitchen fully-equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank You Céline and Gilles!

Great Apartment, Good Location

We felt very comfortable in this spacy apartment. On the terrace we enjoyed dinner at sunset. The kitchen is very modern and well equipped. During the day we walked to Juan les Pins, to the old town of Antibes or to the beach. Everything can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The nearest grocery store is about 200m away. Who wants can get every morning fresh croissant at the bakery, who is reachable in approx. 5 minutes on foot. We arrived with the vehicle and were glad that we could use the private parking lot. Good to know: the entrance to the parking lot is a little narrow. All in all we liked the apartment very much that we extended our stay by one day. The booking and the handover was spontaneous and uncomplicated.

Great apartment, attentive host.

We had an excellent 10 night stay here. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teens to spread out. Clean, modern apartment with wonderful outdoor space. With the awnings out, the large main patio became a 2nd living room with great views of the Med. Kitchen and bathrooms are very nice and the grill was an unexpected bonus. Location is very central and we spent several fun nights down in Juan Les Pins, an easy 10 min walk down the hill. Celine and Gilles were great hosts, responsive and attentive. Overall a great homebase to enjoy and explore the region.

Very very clean place. It is brand new too which is nice. The owner and concierge are very easy to reach and communicate. Well appointed. Nothing is missing. Even in winter the terrasse is lovely with a great view. Having the garage is always a plus. Location is quiet and easy to get to anything. we loved our stay.

Stunning views and stunning interior!!

My family adored this apartment! We ate our meals outside on the large well furnished terrace and enjoyed amazing views. The interior is gorgeous-- beautifully decorated and so very comfortable! I don't usually notice light fixtures, but these were super fun and unique. Also, you can walk to all the Juan les Pins shopping and restaurants, yet the apartment itself is located on a quiet residential street. I stayed with my two teenaged daughters and we felt this apartment was as good as any top resort accomodations. Giles made the check-in and check-out so easy for us. Merci! We had a wonderful vacation!
