Dirty comforter, old stain, that they tried to wash on the sink and telling us it won’t come off so charged $30. The bed made me itch so I did not go inside the comforter, my sister got bit so maybe bed bugs. One of the bed heels came off and I had to pop it back in, shower head was dirty. Room was very humid and the lights were too dim, probably to hide the dirtiness of the room. Cheap and affordable but will definitely never staying here again.

This property is truly wonderful. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Although we arrived early, one of our rooms was ready, and we were promptly allowed to check in. The rooms were both clean and spacious. I would gladly stay here again and offer my highest recommendation. Breakfast at the restaurant was also exceptional.

The place was ok, but we booked a room for 3 days, but we didn't need to stay the 3 nights ..We stayed 2 nights and the hotel wouldn't give us a refund for the third day or not even a vocher for that day, so i am disappointed in this hotel's policies...

If you are looking for a great hotel in Antigua this is the best option at a great price. Great breakfast buffet (paid), clean modern rooms and transportation available to the airport or lake atitlan at competitive prices 100% would recommend.

Lindo hotel, acogedor, limpio, buen servicio, pero a 5 cuadras del centro de Antigua, no ideal si viajas con adultos mayores. Pueden mejorar: - los cordones del ventilador estaban cortados - el televisor no estaba bien configurado - remodelaciones desde muy temprano en el lobby que impedían dormir bien - las cajas de seguridad no están sujetas al mobiliario o a las paredes
