The grounds are very nice - but the rooms need alot of work. I get that they want to keep the rustic feel to it. But it shouldn’t mean compromising on comfort and privacy. The bathrooms don’t have a wall up to the ceiling inside the room so you hear eveything - zero privacy. The door to the room doesn’t close all the way so you hear and see the hallway lights all night plus bugs that go in. Old furniture with hard to open drawers, old chairs that didn’t roll. And when I say OLD, I mean very old. The location is probably the best thing about the place. No AC, no parking (the one they offer is 2 blocks away with zero security) I asked for an early check-in of ONE HOUR, even though the place was pretty empty, and was told NO. I said it was just to put our luggage in - and was again told NO. I really don’t recommend the place, nor would I go back.

Bed Bugs everywhere, terrible stay

Do not stay here, the bed was extremely itchy, there were bed bugs everywhere. I had to shower multiple times to seemingly get them off me. Do not recommend, when we arrived there was not even toilet paper on the room. No air conditioner in the rooms either. Do not stay.

Beautiful venue. There was an archaeological finding in the same site, very well preserved amongst the hotel. Comfortable room, and very friendly and helpful personnel. There is a small terrace with a spectacular view of the volcano.

I was very surprised by this place. Beautiful garden, property and close to everything . The breakfast was simple but delicious and everything was perfect. No a/c in the room but they had a fan. Their rooftop is lovely too.

The hotel facilities are somewhat limited—for example, there is no A/C (although it's not always necessary given the local climate), and the room furniture is quite small. However, it’s a convenient, well-located, and budget-friendly option.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación y el personal es muy atento con los huéspedes. Tiene un jardín muy bonito. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas. Nos tocó una habitación en la esquina y no había mucha luz natural. El ruido de los alrededores no fue tan fuerte en las noches. A veces la habitación se siente un poco húmeda pero en las noches baja la temperatura y es fresco. Los baños estaban limpios y la ducha funcionaba bien. No hubo problema con el agua caliente.

Great hotel to stay in Antigua. Located only two blocks away from paraue de central and surrounded by food, shopping and options to take classes etc. The hotel was clean, has a beautiful courtyard and good breakfast options, included in the price. The best thing thing about this hotel was it's staff. They arranged airport pick, tours from the location and gave timely updates on those to comfort us. We highly recommend this hotel
