We are staying at the family room, the queen bed is nice but the sofa bed is small and too soft. Great location but it is noisy at night. No double layer of glasses.

A lovely stay

The hotel was very close to many restaurants and sites. It is just a 5 minute walk to Central station which is great if traveling by train. The room was clean, orderly, and comfortable. There was a slight odor in the room (maybe a pet stayed in the room prior to us?), but we were able to open the windows to get some fresh air. The reception/check-in area is on the 7th floor. We were not aware of that and we spent about 20 minutes wandering around, so I thought it would be worth mentioning here. It was nice having laundry facilities onsite. All in all, a lovely stay!

The location of this property is excellent, just a short walk from most of the city's main attractions. However, the biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room was not properly cleaned, and I noticed several stains on the floor.

Great location, reasonably priced but inconsistent

The hotel is situated in a very central location and perfect to visit anywhere by foot. You can literally visit anywhere within a 25minute walk. Overall the hotel was clean and tidy and comfortable. We opted for the penthouse suites and had a kitchen with everything you’d expect, however this is where the inconsistencies were, we booked two rooms and noticed that items that were available in one of the rooms, I.e. sponge, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, milk pots and tea bags were missing from the inventory from another room. Other than this discrepancy the stay was very pleasant and would recommend since directly next door is the car park which was €20 Euro per day.

Worth the money (cant say that much these days)

Little bit mobbing on arrival. However room spacious and hotel well positioned for walk into old Antwerp. Staff really helpful and quick to try and help. Good breakfast with sufficient seating and plenty food on offer.
