This home has a no smoking policy inside or within the property. There are 2 completely independent homes on this property. We live in one of them and are offering the other to you! Your one car garage and our two car garage separate the two homes, so there are no shared walls. 2 bed, 2 bath +Office w/ sofa bed. You have private access to the entire guest home, single car garage, privacy fenced backyard with BBQ and outdoor seating, and parking access located on the concrete pad by the olive tree.
