The Comfort Suites Appleton Airport offered a great stay before a flight, with a clean, spacious room, great amenities like the large pool/hot tub/game area, a good breakfast and welcoming public areas with lots of seating. The staff members were helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property.

I stayed at another location the week before about 10-15 minute drive away which was disappointing. This hotel was a breath of fresh air. It is perfect for business. There is a work space separated from the sleeping area. I should have booked a handicap accessible room. I parked in a handicap spot but after walking in, I lugged my bags up two flights of stairs. I am sure there are elevators somewhere but it was late and I didn’t want to walk anymore to find them. This is on me and I will make sure to book an easily accessible room next time. If highway noise bothers you, make sure to bring ear plugs. The room felt very clean and I appreciated the wipe provider next to the remote. For some reason it surprised me and it was a thoughtful touch. Bottles of shampoo and conditioner ha g in the shower and a light citrus smelling lotion bottle hangs next to the sink. I will book here again. I have told my coworkers to book here and not go to the place I stayed at the week before which was the same price.

This stay was AMAZING. The pool/hot tub area was fantastic and the room couldn't have been better. One of my favorite hotels I've stayed at for this price range.

AC/heater fan would not turn off, had to move room after front desk said I should “unplug the unit”. The check in person was not clear as to what WiFi connection we should use, stating “even the staff doesn’t know”. The breakfast eggs were the worst I’ve ever eaten and after one bite had to throw it away. The bacon tasted freezer burned and under cooked. All the pastries were old and dried out. The lady preparing the food was complaining loudly about something we didn’t need to hear about after waking up in a hotel. We will not be staying at a comfort suites again.

Breakfast was not very good .

It was a nice place clean and comfortable. It's one of the worst breakfasts I've ever eaten at a hotel. The eggs were flat circular objects that look like they came in a loaf and they were slimy. The meat was a ring of Bologna sliced into little pieces. None of it tasted good or looked good. Then they added some breaded item in there and I tasted it and could not identify what it was other than it was slimy and didn't taste good. Hotel was nice the food was not.
