Perfectly situated between the Peabody Park neighborhood and the City Park neighborhood, this house is situated amongst a mature tree-lined street and among well cared for houses. A pleasant walk to downtown Appleton & Lawrence campus

Uber and Lyft are available. The city bus station is downtown. Plenty of parking in the driveway if you have a vehicle.

Pet fee is $50/stay per dog. Absolutely no cats.
- We want you to enjoy everything our house has to offer. All we ask is that you treat It with respect and leave it in the same good, working condition you found it in.
- Please take off shoes when entering and make yourself at home.

- Well-trained dogs are allowed with a pet fee. We ask that you keep them off the furniture/beds and make sure to clean up after them outside. NO Cats.

Close to downtown Appleton

I was only there for 2 days for a high school reunion but the living room was very nice and I like the Roku stations the shower and the bathroom upstairs was good. I felt that the window air conditioner didn't always provide enough cool air in the night time and the bed was not quite firm enough for me and the stairs could use a second handrail after you turn the corner since I had a knee replacement done a year ago. The amenities were accurate for the description.
