The hotel itself could use a good paint job. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. I was on the first floor and didn't really like how the patio doesn't really have privacy. I had a corner room and it was very loud you could hear the neighbors upstairs as well as workers throughout the day. The pool is nice, didn't utilize the restaurant. Also be aware that if you are parking on the property it's $15 a night which seems expensive to me especially since they seem to have plenty of parking. Overall I would stay here again, it was close to the beach and some nice restaurants. I walked to the beach which was nice. Even though the freeway was close you couldn't hear the traffic.

Close to Santa Cruz and had many food places within walking distance. The rooms were clean and they have a pool and hot tub which my kids loved. Both of the front desk ladies in the morning and the afternoon were friendly and helpful I forgot their names but they were amazing. Big thanks to the housekeeper for how clean the rooms were. I stayed in 305 and 307 and they were perfect the tub faucet was shiny. I felt like I was in a palace. They even put my name of the tv so when I walked it I felt super welcome. I will stay there again in the near future.

Beautiful property. Pool is in the middle of all the buildings. Each room has a deck or balcony. Rooms are clean and bright. Grocery store across the street for food. Would stay again

The restaurant on site was excellent. We stayed for four nights and two out of the four were fine. better than average. No cleaning unless you ask for it. Last two nights were terrible! Three middle age drunk women next door kept us up till 10:30 the first night and 2:30 AM the next. Very loud

Nice property for the price. We drove about 10 minutes to get to Capitola. Property is right by freeway so that's convenient. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was helpful. If you are looking for a cheaper option in this area, I recommend this hotel

Right off the freeway so you can hear the noise all night. They charge for parking but have signs they aren’t responsible for your vehicle. Heated pool is nice. Cool coy pond by the restaurant.

I enjoyed the location because its outside of the busier Santa Cruz area but close to cute Aptos downtown and Captiola is just a couple exits North. There's fast and easy access to the Highway 1. Grocery stores, shops, coffee, are within walking distance. The property is very well maintained. It has a quiet, woodsy vibe but has a very lively dance floor on Friday and Saturday nights with very good live music. It was very fun. I would definitely stay there again.
